This is a very interesting book. It has a portion on dyeing clothing, including an old method of tie dyeing. It was a great aid in helping women to plan the clothing budget and to "remodel" clothing and accessories for using season after season. The budget portion of the book has fold-out forms to help the seamstress plan and track a budget. Very attractive copy. Clean pages, sturdy hinges, Cover information stamped in relief onto black, flexible hard cover. Gilt title on spine. Very little wear. Light scuff or stain on upper edge of cover.
